The Chakra System – originally a powerful eastern system used by Hindus, Buddhists and Taoist practitioners – is now globally used by magical people all over the world, especially in the Western Mystery religions and New Age followers. It contains a complex network of energy channels connecting many spots of the body, much like a spiritual nervous system. There are 7 main Chakras (wheels) which are said to run up alongside the spine.
In this online magical event lasting 1 hour, Frey will lead all participants through a special Rainbow meditation – that involves an introduction, then intuning. This session aims to leave you feeling fresh and energised.
Sounds of Appropriate Singing Bowls will be used to aid in this Rainbow meditation.

This is an *online* event conducted via zoom video call. Please ensure you have a good connection for the session and a devise that has clear sound – so that you can hear the led meditation.
Make sure you will not be disturbed by other people or circumstances when you participate as you will be going `deeper’ (if your mind allows this). You may wish to do this work in a comfortably seated or laying down position. It may help to have a blanket covering you to keep warm. Once the work is finished, we suggest a drink of water or a helpful herbal tea. Avoid coffee or other stimulating drugs before and after the session.
Freya Witch is experienced with Herbs, essential oils and Crystal work. So you may speak to Frey about these helpful magical tools after the main session ends.
